退貨和退款政策 任何訂單於確認後，將不接受換貨及退款之要求，請於下單前仔細考量。 1. 所有貨物將會經代理及我們工作人員仔細檢查後才進行發貨，並於發貨前傳送照片確認款式（但不提供選擇服務）。 2. 如貨物因為運送途中破損或遺失，我們將與服務供應商先進行交涉才會進行下一步決定，一般情況下需時10個工作天處理。 3. 如貨物為 Collector’s Grade / Very Rare 類別，我們將會親自運送到香港境內任何一個地址。離島/偏遠地區/沒有交通直達上址的地點及香港境外除外。此服務為星期一至五早上10時至下午6時內進行，星期六、日及公眾假期，熱帶氣旋懸掛時或暴雨警告生效時將自動延期。 Puff Corner HK將保留最終決定權 Refund & Exchange Policy Refund & Exchange are not accepted after order confirmed, please be considered before "check-out" 1. Distributor & us will check the products in details before sending out, and we would share photos for reference, too. 2. If an item from your order is damaged or broken or missing during delivery, we will check with service provider before proceed any next stage. And this process would take 10 working days. 3. For any items which are categorized Collector’s Grade / Very Rare, we are pleased to handle delivery on our own within Hong Kong. But, exclude outlying Island / remote area / address or location that are non-reachable by transportation & outside Hong Kong area. Physical delivery will be carry out from Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm except: Sat & Sun, Public Holiday, any extreme weather are in alert. Puff Corner HK reserved the right of final decision.
